I had my lash lift and tint done because it was their special for Valentine’s Day. One eye came out with a nice soft curl. The other eye came out at basically a 90° angle and kind of … tangled? It’s very hard to get a photo of. I also had a facial done here about a month ago. There were scratches on my face from the dermaplane for several days, I broke out in a rash (I think the lotion she used was too scented for my skin), and I had tons of dry patchy spots after. I have a vein along the top of my lip that is close to the surface. They recommended IPL and booked me an appointment. They didn’t tell me any of the things I wasn’t supposed to do for the month prior and they didn’t recommend a patch test. When I called and asked for a patch test they said it would be the same price as the treatment, doubling to cost. I wasn’t comfortable skipping the test, so I cancelled. After taking to a dermatologist they said that IPL would not be recommended for this type of vein issue.

Kim is absolutely amazing. She knows what she’s doing, and will make you look & feel so beautiful & refreshed! I made the switch from a different office, very happy that I did! Highly recommended!!!

I HAD LASER HAIR REMOVAL DONE FOR MY FIRST TIME. I WAS A LITTLE CONCERNED THAT IT MAY HURT, BE UNCOMFORTABLE BUT IT WAS NOT. LEAH MADE MY EXPERIENCE VERY PLEASANT. SHE EDUCATED ME BEFORE MY TREATMENT AND MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND I ASSURE YOU THERE WAS NO PAIN OR DISCOMFORT AND I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEXT TREATMENT.
