I saw Dr Sandin. He was very friendly and quite a ball of energy. He was knowledgeable and explained things very clearly. He even spoke to my young daughter who was with me, which I loved. I've had the experience of Dr's and other adults completely ignoring her.

Dr. Wuennenberg, Hannah and Alicia along with the other members of the staff I’ve interacted with have been spectacular! Can’t tell you how easy the whole process from my first screening appointment to my MOHS surgery has been. I don’t have a great comparison but the prices seem very reasonable as well.

The actual appointment with Hannah and her assistant Abbie went fine. Both are very pleasant and highly professional. My lower rating stems from troubling information I discovered in my updated patient portal afterward. It appeared another patient’s information was merged with mine in some entries that were incorrect and unrecognizable: preferred physician, insurance company (based in WI, not MI where I live), and one of the preferred pharmacies. I’m concerned about the potential for more serious HIPAA violations. I have screenshots to back this up.

I really appreciate my visit being done on time and in a timely manner. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. I will definitely be back for future treatment and will refer others.
