Try to get an appointment for my child and got a run around to go online to fill out new patient paperwork that took an hour to fill out. When I call back for the appointment a woman answered breathing hard into the phone was asking for all the information I’d already put into their system. She sounded rude and impatient.Then asked me if my 10 year old had her medical marijuana card. I said she’s 10 and she slowly tells me how she needs to ask these type of questions. This is a joke! I need an appointment not to be asked a bunch of questions I’ve already answered. It seems they care more about insurance info than real care. I’ve been a patient here for years, but now will find another dermatology clinic for my family.

Can't get anybody to answer the phone to make an appointment at 11am during the week days. So I find it hard to believe there's a bunch of 5 stars when these guys never answer the phones up there for people to set appointments.

Dr. Moulton has great bedside manners, nice warm, welcoming feel very educated and knows what she’s talking about overall, excellent experience Dr. Moulton is the best dermatologist I’ve ever had and I highly recommend everyone to visit for your dermatology needs if you haven’t already

Absolute worst dermatologist I have ever been to. I still am suffering with a skin issue with no help from the doctors here. Either keep trying to give me meds that could KILL me, because I have kidney disease, or give me creams that don't work. Gave me a crappy 5 minute conversation about what my issue was and I don't think that is what is wrong with me, she couldn't have cared any less. I would advise against going here if you're looking for great care and answers because you won't find it here.

Dr Moulton has good bedside manners, she is through. She takes her time and I feel my mother's concerns were heard and addressed.Haley performs the treatments. She is a beautiful person. Her upbeat personality and infinite patience put Mom at ease.She answered all of Mom's questions in a way that Mom understood. We are very happy with the medical and emotional care that The Moulton Group provided.
