I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and Marie did such an amazing job, absolutely loved her attitude and she was a great person to talk to, 10/10 recommend.

I went in to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted, but I should have done my homework on the technician beforehand. Marie did a terrible job, and my brows look awful. After some deliberation, I decided to reach out to the management, which was a bit uncomfortable, but they told me I could come in for a refund. When I arrived, the woman processing my refund acted like it was a personal loss for her. I inquired about a more skilled brow technician, and they looked at me as if I had just insulted them. It was quite the experience!
