MI Skin Center

I really liked the clinic, everyone was very nice and professional, at first I felt very hopeful about finally finding a dermatologist who would listen and help me. I was under the impression after receiving a referral from my Doctor to the clinic that I was only paying my copays, for months, I never received a bill until I came in for one of my appointments and was told that I have an outstanding balance of hundreds of dollars. I was also promised 3 free sessions of a new laser treatment and after the second one was told I would have to pay for the next one. I've been struggling with my acne for years and now I am back to square one and making monthly payments for visits I didn't know weren't being covered, for treatment that did not help. I am just disappointed in the communication side of things and the amount of money I invested for no solutions.

I am so happy I found MI Skin Center. We have been going there for about a year now. The office staff is always so nice, they are organized, and the doctor and NP take time with you. I never feel rushed. Sharon is always so patient with us and answers all our questions. I like that I can text them if I have any questions as well. I highly recommend this place.

Had to schedule an appointment for my 10 yo daughter. The entire staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. They made my daughter very comfortable with her appointment. I am glad I choose MI Skin Center. 10 of 10 I would recommend them if you're ever in need of a dermatologist.
