Dr. Center was an outstanding doctor, very knowledgeable in what he does. He explained everything he was doing to me in great detail. His assistants, Jessica & Jennifer were amazing too, they made me feel comfortable from the beginning and took away any nervousness/tension that I had. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I don’t understand the high reviews for this place. I’ve had 3 appointments and seen 2 different doctors, and it was super rushed each time. They were slightly rude about questions, and you have to wait over 30 min from the time of your appointment just to be seen for a quick 5 min. They barely even look at your skin, I had one appointment the doctor didn’t even look at my skin at all and then prescribed retinol, which seems to be the go to for anything. The only pro is that the nurse/assistants are super friendly and nice. Definitely switching over to the dermatology office my partner goes to instead even though it’s far because they at least take time to see their patients.

Phoebe is an exceptional doctor, which is why I followed her from the Berkeley location to the Novi location. However, due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the checkout staff, specifically Danielle (the woman with the purple keyboard), I will not be returning. I have a history of skin cancer, and my medical records hadn't transferred from my previous office. I was instructed by the staff to request a release form, but when I did, Danielle questioned whether I even needed it, followed by eye rolls, a dismissive tone, and an overall sense of treating me like a nuisance. If she’s having a bad day, that should never be directed at patients, especially those seeking medical help. It’s truly unfortunate, as I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Phoebe, but the unacceptable treatment from the checkout staff has left me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere.

Called about a consultation with the Dr. The woman on the phone was very rude. I asked questions about insurance coverage and initial visit costs and she proceeded to say that she couldn't tell me anything on costs as she doesn't know what the dr is going to do. She also mentioned that everyone thinks a consult is essentially free and it isn't. Something I never insinuated. Over the experience was negative and demeaning.

Everything was flawless—except for the checkout lady. She was so rude and unhelpful, she practically earned the one-star review all on her own. If I could, I’d pay her in a crash course on customer service... with a side of kindness.
