I couldn't go in for medical reasons and denied a time extension on my laser hair removal and made me pay extra for my remaining sessions. Staff are incredibly kind but management is only there to get as much money out of you as they can and do not care about customer experience or well-being. The manager also tried convincing me to get botox (as an 18 year old).
