Dr. Ozolin and her whole team were amazing! I had my breast augmentation done by her and have been delighted by how welcoming/kind the entire office is. I was also very surprised by how much time, effort, care, and consideration was put into my surgery/outcome/recovery. I ended up feeling like it was a total steal! Dr. Ozolin listened to what I wanted and gave that to me. She explained everything as we went through the process, and made it clear that she cares about her patients. The nurse team was also fantastic and so kind! I would highly suggest putting your trust in this office if you are considering cosmetic surgery.

Dr Lakin changed my life. My confidence increased 1000%. I came to him for a rhinoplasty. When I walked into my consult I instantly felt at ease. With patience and kindness he listened AND heard what I said and what I wanted. I’m not going to lie and say I wasn’t scared the day of my surgery and the day of reveal but the surgery went well and I actually had no pain. I was nervous the day the bandages came off and just prayed that my nose fit my face. As soon as I looked in the mirror I cried tears of joy and finally felt like my face made sense. I was happy with it just like that but they said it gets better because it’s still swollen. It was honestly one of the best days of my life. I’m so grateful to Emily and Katie and everyone who I came into contact with at Illuum. I’m looking forward to finally taking pictures and won’t be avoiding cameras anymore

I did a lot of research prior to getting my work done , Dr Lakin consistently had 5 star ratings and rave reviews about he and his staff. His before and after photos were incredible and realistic . After having several procedures done I can say unreservedly he deserves all that praise and more. My husband and I were amazed by the care and kindness I received . Dr Lakin makes you feel like his most important patient , he’s deeply invested in your outcome and shares your excitement at the great results . I can’t thank Dr Lakin and his staff enough for their professionalism and kindness , Im so much more confident and comfortable in my skin because of them .

Dr Lakin and his team did an incredible job on me. I had an ab etching procedure that the results are nothing less than mind blowing. I was worried as I am an anxious guy by nature sometimes, so I had the whole ordeal worked up in my head about pain, recovery etc. Pain was 0 on procedure day. Maybe 2 at the worst point on post recovery day 1. Just sore but I wouldn’t really describe as painful and that lasted a day or so for me. The hardest part was relaxing 30 days after the procedure. I’m six weeks out as of tomorrow and I cannot believe the way it looks currently. It sounds like you don’t get your final results for three or four months as the inflammation continues to diminish so I’m anxiously excited :-) I have always been active and live an uber active lifestyle, but I have never truly had a six pack…. Until now:) Dr Lakin and his staff are top-notch. I traveled quite a ways to have the procedure done. The distance didn’t matter to me as much as having the top person in this particular area of expertise. They delivered, and hit a home run. Thanks again team!

Dr. Lakin and his entire staff are phenomenal! He listens to what you want and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. I’ve had 2 different procedures with him and would highly recommend to anyone!
