Novi Dermatology

From my first call to schedule an appointment with Margaret to my last contact with Laura while walking me out, all of my questions were listened to and answered. Lisa Barron, MD, has a very calming presence, was thorough, timely and caring (as this was my first dermatology visit). I highly recommend Lisa Barron and the entire Novi Dermatology practice.

Dr. Lisa Barron is an outstanding dermatologist. Her exams are thorough and detailed and her treatments are effective. Her staff is also very competent and efficient. Dr. Barron has identified and resolved several cancer and pre-cancer issues caused by my exposure to sun that were overlooked by other dermatologists. I rate her as the best of the best. Her office environment is also very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend her.

As indicated by earlier reviewers there is no leeway for a missed appointment where there is a no show fee assessed, not even if you are a patient for a few years and have been very punctual with all your payments et al. My wife did miss a patient appointment due to a confusion and we did respectfully ask for a one time exemption on the fee but were denied that with the same policy explanation as provided in earlier one star reviews, there looks to be a focus on making sure that they lose a patient than losing a fee. So I am definitely paying the fee but more definitively taking our business elsewhere where we are more than a number. It is all good till you miss one little detail, that little detail is the only thing that matters to this unit here, I guess there is always another patient to fill the void.

Office staff is ALWAYS friendly and kind. Dr. Barron is professional, thorough, and compassionate. She even asks about my son in law who has had cancer. Wonderful physician and staff

Visited this office for the first time and very satisfied. Was helped as soon as I came in, desks taff efficiently signed me in, waiting area clean, tidy and quiet (yay, no blasting tv). My wait time was very brief, the doctor was attentive and listened and responded to ally questions in a professional, sensitive manner. I was in and out in an hour. Two thumbs up.
