Amber is the absolute best. I drive all the way from Utica, MI to see Amber for brow waxing. She is the only person who’s ever waxed my brows to look identical and the shape I want them. Recently, I received my first facial by Amber and it was a phenomenal experience. I look forward to getting more facial’s in the future.

I highly recommend PHR to all ladies and guys who struggle with thick hair in unwanted areas. It’s so much cleaner, efficient, and you see long term results. I have not needed to shave for months. I go in sessions and spot checks. Jessica does an amazing job. She is always timely, thorough, and knowledgeable. I would never go anywhere else. I have also gotten my eyebrows waxed with Amber. She is gentle and makes them looked snatched! So appreciative of these ladies. They are always so welcoming!

I started my laser hair removal in January 2023. I consistently went when they told me too until around September/October. My mom was in There after I had done 2/3 appointments and the lady was talking to her and said that someone was let go and they aren’t sure if she was doing the laser hair removal correctly. I brushed it off but for something costing so much they should I given me those treatments back since she wasn’t doing it right. Come September I was still not seeing any results. I worked in Auburn Hills at the time so I left work early and drove an hour for my appointment just for me to get there and no one was there. I called there number after waiting a little to see if they were just at lunch. When I called they said that they had to cancel appointments that day. Never once did I receive an email/ phone call. I will not be coming back it was very unprofessional and I have gotten no results. The workers are nice but not worth it for the experience.
