I had an amazing experience at New Image! Rosanna, the owner, was absolutely wonderful. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. I went in for laser hair removal and a facial, and both services exceeded my expectations. I don’t live in the area and her business is also the only one in the area that offered single visits as opposed to having to purchase a package. The facial was one of the best I’ve ever had—my skin feels so refreshed and glowy! Rosanna took the time to tailor the treatment to my needs, which I really appreciated. She also answered all my questions about the laser hair removal and explained everything so clearly. The space was clean, inviting, and relaxing. I can’t recommend Rosanna and New Image enough. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!
