Evolution “medical” Spa, INFLICTED THIRD DEGREE BURNS on about 20% of my FACE. Now, leaving me with PERMANENT SCARS that I must protect, from the sun, until the day I die. To make a long story short, Dede Lucaj, the owner, and Lori the receptionist, were deceitful and lied throughout this incident denying any fault. They purposely withheld any information that I requested after the incident. In fact, Dede told me, “you’ll never be able to sue me“, but, I never even mentioned the word, “sue”. Why would I, “sue “, if you were not at fault? This occurred briefly before my wedding in July 2023. I’ve waited over a year to post a review. I wanted to see if the burns would heal, and they have not. My dermatologist told me I would have these scars for the rest of my life. You make the choice of coming to Evolution “medical” spa. Before you take that risk, ask yourself this question. Do I really want to take that chance with my face?

Highly recommend!!! My skin has never looked better. Dede did a hydra facial and microdermabrasion, and the results were amazing! I will be returning for more treatments in the future!
