Great Office Staff !The girls make U feel like family.Jennifer Meitzner Nurse Practitioner goes above and beyond to answer all concerns and questions. She really cares about her patients.Her assistant Bianca is fantastic in making the patient feel relaxed.

Stay far away from this place, in particular Dr. Jeremy Grekin! I went there for hair loss and he told me he wanted to do a scalp biopsy. He numbed the area and proceeded to cut into my scalp. I started feeling a lot of blood dripping down my neck onto my shirt. Both he and the nurse started profusely apologizing as they tried to stop the bleeding. I kept saying "what is going on". Dr. Grekin said "Oh, I must have hit a blood vessel." Then joked about it and said, "Hope you didn't like that shirt too much." WHAT!! He kept saying he would pay for my laundry bill while still apologizing as they tried to stop the bleeding. I sat there in shock. He stitched up the incision and left the sutures length like 5" long. So when I brushed my hair, I was afraid I would pull them out and had to have someone cut them shorter. I left the office with my hair drenched in blood and blood all over my shirt. They also charged me 2 co-pays, one for the original visit and one for the follow-up visit to remove the sutures. Horrible experience!!

Heard nothing but great things about this doctor so I went. Great appointment. Call to make a surgery appointment four times within two weeks and never, never received a call back! First of all, I shouldn’t have to leave a voicemail during business hours. Second, it certainly should not have been four times. Now I have to start over again. Poor customer service!!

The staff was great and performed my skin evaluation in a timely fashion. I was especially grateful that they took time to answer my questions thoroughly.

Dr. Jeremy Grekin was super friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. The staff and nurses were all very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was also positive and uplifting. I felt cared about and taken care of. The whole experience was very pleasant.
