Art of Dermatology - St. Clair Shores

I am a new patient today was my first visit. It was easy for me to make an appointment. When I arrived my wait was about 5 minutes. When I was called into the room Sarah was very professional and welcomed me as a new patient. Doctor Jackie came in and explained everything to me about my yearly skin checkup. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. What a great team I will be returning.

This was my first appointment with Art of Dermatology and it went well. The reception was warm and friendly. Providing my medical history was easy. I didn't have a long wait. Jacqueline Benner, PA-C was pleasant and very helpful. I will be coming back for future appointments.

What a pleasant and utter delight to find a place like Art of Dermatology. I took my teenage daughter in for a new patient visit and it was the simplest and fastest encounter we’ve ever experienced. From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor who sat with my daughter, everyone was kind and friendly. Very clean office too. Overall a great experience, thanks ladies!

It was my first appointment with this practice. Was warmly greeted. Providing medical history was a breeze with the laptop offered. The wait was brief -- YAY!!!! The medical assistant was friendly, courteous and very competent. Then two PA's came in with big smiles and a warm welcome to the practice. My exam was thorough, all my questions were answered in wording that I could understand. I never felt rushed or patronized (as senior citizens so often are). It was a great experience. I'm delighted to be a patient of the Art of Dermatology!

Absolutely fantastic experience. PA Benner seemed to have an almost supernatural ability to identify problematic areas. I knew I was in good hands from the get-go!
