True Laser Spa

I love this place. The RN and the Doctor are so knowledgeable and professional. I went there to do laser hair removal, I started the treatment 6 months ago and my results are phenomenal. Later I got done Botox and lip fillers, then I decided to do micro needling for my face. The results are amazing. I’m very impressed. Definitely recommend this place.

Hi everyone , just wanted to leave my review for true laser spa , I have been going to the same woman for about four years and she has recently stopped seeing clients in her office so I was looking for a new place to go to get treatment. I was nervous at first , however after going in, the doctor who is a MD went over any concerns I had as well as eased my mind with what we would be doing. After two weeks of my Botox I was so satisfied and happy and I finally found my new place I feel safe with doing work on me. She is amazing and knows what she is doing. Very grateful as well I feel I can trust her and building a friendship with her ❤️🌞 a must go to !

This place is absolutely terrible!! They will try to scam you out of any extra money they can, plus they charge more for stuff that's not even top notch. This is a very dishonest place. I wasn't sent any receipts after I was told she would send them to my email. I was sold a product for more money (i was told was the same price online as in store) The lady who did my eyebrows lied about switching the color. Faye doesn't know what she's doing for laser, or RF or microneedling besides very basic info(left scars/indentation) she has to call and ask someone else for permission/information!! She also used to ask people if they were giving tips before services until after I said something..now there is a sign. Faye is very pushy with everything and she will take advantage of new costumers. Why is she helping the other ladies with numbing cream etc.? I was also charged more for Botox and R.F than what I received. I recieved six services total. I was planning on going here forever but I will never go back. I can't believe all three of the ladies are dishonest. This place should not be in business. There is no one to talk to about any issues either besides Faye- you have to open up a dispute with the cherry payment plan then they still go through Faye. What a nasty joke!! Karma sucks and hopefully they find Jesus one day.

Faye is great! She is very knowledgeable about all the services she provides and answers any questions you may have. I got laser hair removal done by her on multiple body parts and had amazing results! She also cares about her clients. I ended up getting married while receiving treatment with her and she surprised me with a bottle of wine! Would definitely recommend her and will return if I choose to do more body parts!

It has been 2 years later and I'm finally writing this, because I am still scorned from The happening, when I first walked in there I thought I was in the wrong place all the pictures on the website or from a different place it's not even the same place they're all fake pics of the establishment. To get to the point, Faye is a money grabber, liar, and a scammer. She will tell you she'll do everything to make it right call you sweetie to your face. I bought a microneedling package of 6. I would sit in the room and wait as she would get off her cell phone which was the business phone, I've had microneedling many times before and I've never experienced such a horrifying time as this. I told her she was pressing too hard of pressure on my face, I was hurting I couldn't even sit still she kept saying stop moving. I came out literally bloody and shaking. It hurt so bad as she was telling me you are overreacting. I told her to stay away from my eyes she went toward my eyes she said oh no I'll do it for free. It's very evil there, I will never go back but it still haunts me. They took thousands of dollars from me to promise results. This superficial treatment shouldn't cost that much for microneedling I did it because she was overly convincing. Since it hurts so bad and I had already bought a package I asked to get something else instead so I didn't have to go through the pain again she had to call in to I don't know who and get permission it was like The wizard of Oz and somebody behind the curtain which you never knew or seen before. I literally got bamboozled!!!!!!!! I got less of a package deal offering but I did take it so I didn't lose all my money since they wouldn't refund it. This place is absolutely disgraceful I was surprised that it was still open when I just came back here to write this post 2.7.25
