DO NOT GO HERE! The office is extremely outdated and smells like mold. I was a patient for years, scheduled a new appointment, showed up on time, I was told that the provider, Johanna Killian had already left for the day and that it was my fault for not showing up early to my appointment. The provider had already left BEFORE my scheduled appointment. Receptionist Pam Rodriguez was rude and condescending, she could have easily apologized, but instead continued to be rude and unhelpful. Then office manager Deb Osborne insulted my intelligence and continued the condescension. Terrible customer service, terrible business practices, terrible patient care.

Extremely friendly and prompt service blows away any competition in the saint joseph area and i've been to both.

Efficient check in, efficient pre exam, and then I have great confidence in Dr. Killian’s ability to effectively diagnose and prescribe appropriate interventions if and when there are issues. Today, Dr. Killian froze two precancerous spots on my face and ear. I’ll be back to see her in a year.
