Dr. Richard A. Stone, MD

I've been a long time patient at Dr Stones and love this office. But, a few months ago I had some trusculpting done on my calves. I paid $750 for both and because the lady Donna who does these procedures left one calf bigger than the other I'm giving her a 3 star rating. Now I know that things can happen when you choose to do something like this but I ask her to do the side of my calves because that's where they hold must of the fat. The first appt she spent alot of time on the back and alittle on the sides and I told her the next appt I wanted more done on the side of the first calf well she ran out of time so I waited to see if the calf she had just done looked better because she spent more time on the side of this one. Long story short when I called to see what she could do to fix the other one she wanted $350 just to fix the side of one calf. One strip.down the side would have evened it out but she refused to even charge me less or do it free. So, now I have one calf bigger than the other by at least an inch. I will not use her again and I would have if she would have stood behind her word of fixing my calf on the second appt. I have found someone to fix this for $175 and they will get my money for all future procedures. The PAs I see are wonderful so I won't stop going to the office for other reasons just not Donna.
