Revive Skin and Med Spa

I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Ahmad’s practice! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough during my visit. After my previous PCP retired, I needed to find a new doctor, and I’m so glad I made the switch. One of the things I really appreciated was the convenience— I was able to get my blood work done the same day, right at the practice. The front desk staff was also amazing! I accidentally showed up a day early for my appointment, but they were incredibly accommodating and got me in right away with almost no wait time. The paperwork process was seamless too—I completed everything online without any hassle. If you’re searching for a great primary care physician, I highly recommend Dr. Ahmad and her practice!

She's been my primary for years. I love the comfort she gives as a physician! I am able to discuss my health with her and ask any questions I may have. Dr. Ahmad is very clear and concise about my health. I never leave confused because she gives details and still asks if you have any questions. She's simply amazing!

The Good: Dr. Ahmad was polite, kind, and very thorough in explaining the procedure/risks, treatment area and going over concerns with me. She also did an excellent job performing the service. The waiting room, patient room, and bathroom were all clean, well lit, and well decorated. I also appreciated getting an appointment reminder text the morning of the appointment. Were I just rating for the above things I would absolutely give 5/5 Stars. The Bad: This is a ultimately a 'regular' Doctor's Office...that also provides med spa services. So you get all the 'bads' from going to your regular internal medicine doctor (long wait time, harried nurses etc.) that I've never experienced at a regular Med Spa. I arrived at 11:25am for my 11:30am appointment; but the Doctor didn't enter my room until Noon. Nurses seem harried even though I was the only one in the waiting room, they were confused on my name and procedure even though I called and made my appointment two weeks ago, and confirmed with the automatic appointment text I received; they had to remind them twice in person of my actual procedure. The 'New Patient' paperwork is also a complete mess (xeroxed copies with half of the information cut off the left side portion of the page so you're guessing about what they're asking you to fill in). As of May 2022 they also required a face mask to be worn in office; but they don't tell you that when you call the make your appointment/and it's not noted on your appointment reminder texts/emails. I thankfully had a mask in my car that I could grab but a warning that one is needed would have been very welcomed. The Verdict: I'm torn because I adored my time with Dr. Ahmad and the procedure she performed for me, I would love to have more high quality treatments from her; but the long wait times and disorganized office staff make me weary to make another appointment when the same procedure could be done at a med spa where your time is more valued.

Always feel like the provider listens to me. Responds and helps with what I tell them. Seems basic but it's a big deal in my experience. Office and support staff are great and pleasant to deal with.

I was seen by the PA Sherin. She was very thorough and explained my lab results, made suggestions for lowering my A1C and my cholesterol levels. She listened to my concerns and responded affirmatively to my suggestions. Looking forward to my visit in 3 months to review my progress.
