I was at tri county Sterling Heights clinic today doing annual physical and got worst experience in my life time. Daniel Braschayko nurse practitioner, (somebody there said he is nurse, not sure what he is, he stated he has license) get so mad when i ask for 6 months medication supply ... My impression is he want me come every 3 months and pay additional money for not necessary visit but i used to come every 3 months when i have needs to that but not at this time. I did not come over there to experience his frustration, and i wish i stay home not go there no matter what. Me, my family, friends enjoying visit there for so many years Dr Stoler and Dr Wolok did good job over years but today was disappointment. After today i am not confrontable go there any more and i would like to share experience to every body to avoid this. I did forget to mention he told me that I am diabetic… when I ask hem where he found that information and where he base that not true statement.. I found out that he was reading old information not most recent test results… should I teach hem how to read data ??????

I had a frustrating experience with TriCounty Medical Clinic. Despite multiple requests, they did not process my claim as a preventative annual physical, which I needed for my incentive points. Trying to reach someone over the phone is nearly impossible; it takes hours and no one answers. If you have a billing question, they redirect you to another number after navigating through all their options. While the nurses and nurse practitioner are really nice, dealing with the administrative staff and operators feels like dealing with a government office—very rude and unhelpful, as if they are doing you a favor. I recommend going elsewhere for better service.

I went to the Troy Laser center and had a consultation with Dr Wolok, he listened to me very intently and we devised sone options for anti-aging procedures. I have had Botox many times in the past but I have never returned to the same practitioner because they “over did” the amount of Botox I received and I HATED the results!! I explained this to Dr Wolok and he really listened to me so I decided to trust him and get a small series of Botox injections. Well I absolutely LOVED my results!!! nothing overdone and I got so many compliments I then returned for another consultation with Dr Wolok and we discussed some laser procedures and some micro needling he called it the Tri-fecta (3 different procedures at one time) I was looking to get the most bang for my buck without surgery and going under anesthesia I am so happy with my results!! all my age spots are gone, my skin is tighter, my crows feet are remarkably less prominent just all around a fresher and less tired look!!! it does take a good week to recover and I had some areas I asked to be targeted more specifically so those took longer to heal but I am truly happy with my results and it’s only been 2 weeks and I continue to see improvement and Dr said I will continue to see improvements in the next months!!! I highly recommend Dr Wolok, he really listens to what you want. He also followed up with me 2 days after the procedure and gave me his personal cell phone in case there were any issues or concerns over the weekend. he still continues to check on me to make sure everything is how it should be. if you are on the fence about anti aging procedures please see Dr Wolok for a consultation you won’t be sorry!!!

Dr's here are wonderful. Dr wolok, Dr deitch, Dr khamooshi, nurse practitioners traci and Danny are amazing as well. They are caring, very through, and help with so many different problems. We all think your awesome!!!

I have been coming here for over 20 years. The office staff has changed to throughout the years I have been coming here. I have never encountered a problem with them . Always have been polite and helpful. I usually see Traci the nurse practitioner when I make a appointment. She is the best. Dr Stoller was my Dr but he has retired. All the Drs there are great. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
