great place to go if you set up a surgery, for six weeks, fax the process you need done for 20 bucks, line up your insurance plan, drive for 60 miles each way and then find out he doesn't accept your plan, only TO not to get your procedure DONE! ANYONE WITH INTEGRITY WOYLD DO IT FOR FREE! THANKS MR. VANDERPUMP! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

It’s a little confusing because the sign isn’t on the front of the building (you have to go up to the second floor) but it’s a well decorated and has great atmosphere for a medical facility! Even coffee in the waiting room.
