Ashley did a stellar job creating a relaxing environment with my hydrofacial. Prices are reasonable compared to other spas now adays. I will refer this place to my friends as well.

IAmMedSpas offers a wide range of procedures, from relaxing facials to laser and IV treatments. My personal favorites are the Signature facial from Lena and IV infusions. All the staff is welcoming and highly professional. I do recommend this business

Ashley did my microneedling treatment and it was fabulous! My skin is glowing. I will definitely do a series of 3 again soon. Nicole did the PRP and then Ashley incorporated into my microneedling facial. Very experienced,very professional and clean spa.

I recently booked an appointment at I AM Medical Spas on December 20, 2024, enticed by their promotion of 50% off all facials. I specifically confirmed that my appointment for the Hydrafacial Platinum would be included in this deal. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the Hydrafacials were not part of the promotion! The person in charge takes me to a room and explains all the different types of Hydrafcials they offer and then suggested the Hydrafacial Deluxe for around $163, which left me shocked. I came in to the spa, expecting to get a hydrafacial platinum not deluxe! I made a reservation for the platinum and I felt for no mistake of mine, I was being offered something less. This was my first visit, and I expected a tranquil experience, not a frustrating negotiation, especially on a cold, snowy day. I was looking forward to relaxing and leaving feeling rejuvenated, not engaging in a bargaining session. I genuinely cannot understand how this place has a 4-star rating. My experience was far from what I envisioned, and I urge potential customers to think twice before booking here. I wish I could give it a lower rating than 1 star. Ladies, I recommend staying away!

Lena fit me in for a set of lashes at the last minute and they were BEAUTIFUL! I was nervous because my last experience a few years ago was not good… It was a relaxing and great experience. Highly recommend!!!
