Youn Plastic Surgery

Waited 2 years to see Dr. Youn. Though he was nice and professional, I was very disappointed that he could not help me with my top two concerns. One was my nose and the other was thinning of my cheeks. He recommended that I see Dr. Schenden for both but still charged me $497. When I asked about the charge, the doctor said that he could not refund it because he provided me with a quote for a procedure that I only wanted to have with the other two procedures. Just feels like a money grab! So disappointed!

He is 100% worth the wait!! I am 6 days post op after my breast augmentation with Dr. Youn and I am so happy with my results. He is so kind, intelligent and trusting. Any question or concern I had, he knew the right answer. Everyone kept asking me if I was nervous for the surgery and my answer was no, because I knew I had the best surgeon. His staff is very friendly and welcoming as well. I appreciate everyone I came in contact with here. Side note: it does take a while to get in for a consultation but I was able to schedule my surgery 2 weeks after that. Thank you Youn Staff!

I am disappointed with their service and attitude. If there is a zero star option, I would choose that. I first sent them an email that they didn't respond to. I then had to call them this is what happened on the call. Last month, I got micro-needling treatment for my first time. I mentioned multiple times that I have sensitive skin and can't use certain cosmetics on my face, and the person who works there said their clients never had any skin allergy issues with their products. I trusted them and had my first treatment. After the treatment, probably after a few hours, I started feeling redness and heat on my face that night and next days, and the skin got drier, even peeled off. I had to use an ice pack to cool down the redness and heat for several days.. It took two weeks to recover. I called them and told them about this situation, and I requested a refund but they rejected. The reason was their clients never had the problem with their products and on the day of the treatment, she didn't see any allergic reaction to the micro-needling. Usually, and logically, the allergic reaction appears after a few hours or the next day, it doesn't appear immediately. As a result, wasted money, time and skin damage. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this place to my close friends and family members.

Christina has been my nurse consultant for over two years. From the very start I felt very comfortable and at ease with her. I go with a dear friend for our Botox treatments and our sessions are always professional, safe, but mostly fun! While Christina is working she talks and visits and gets to know you and things about you, so it’s like having a treatment with another friend! She knows her stuff and is always willing to answer questions and also helps to find discounts to make our sessions more affordable. I have very sensitive skin and bruise easily, so she always takes extra time to ice my forehead before starting the injections to help minimize or eliminate bruising. I truly look forward to seeing Christina and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else except Dr. Youn’s clinic! I highly recommend to anyone thinking about getting injections or plastic surgery procedures to consult with Dr. Youn and his staff first! You will not be disappointed!

I am sad there are no more stars to add.... They will be well deserved.My whole experience was beyond amazing. I waited 7months to get to meet the doctor and would have waited even more! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the doctor’s professionalism, knowledge and attention to details and patients are out of this world. Well established practice with attention to the patient and patients expectations. With Dr. Youn the conversation is handled extremely well from him getting to know you and what you want to giving you exactly what you came for. Dr. Youn’s office is very busy and yet meets your expectations and even more. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great doctor with many years of experience and positive feedback.
