I was going to take advantage of the lip filler promo but after reading the reviews about crazy long waits In the office, bait and switch prices, watered down products (with zero transparency on products used and how much product is being used) that last a couple days, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Thank you to all the honest reviews. I’m sure you saved me a lot of hassle and disappointment! Do better Allure! I’m giving 3 stars because the lady on the phone was very nice and accommodating to my appointment time needs.

I just had my first visit to Allure Clarkston and it was a wonderful experience! I was a bit nervous since it was my first time doing a facial laser but Kristin and Kayla made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and excited for my results. They were professional and knowledgeable and lovely throughout the whole process. I am thrilled with my results so far, my skin is so even, glowy and new. I will absolutely return for some more self care!

Been going here for years yet I feel I must give them a negative review. I feel they are more interested in the money and the numbers more than customer service. First off every time I go there, I am stuck waiting alone in a room for hours. Clearly, my time is not valuable to them. While there, I told them multiple times I’m only interested in paying for individual services and not their “membership program”. However they are so pushy they kept pushing and pushing to sign me up, makes me wonder if the reps are on commission, So reluctantly, I finally signed up. That was a mistake. They’ve been charging my credit card ever since and make it very difficult to stop Automatic payments. And by the way, the main service I signed up for was for the ILP laser treatment, which after four lasers, I still have not noticed any difference whatsoever. Complete waste of money.

Absolutely love coming here! I’ve been coming for over two years now and I’ve only had positive experiences. Today I was with Liza and Anna and they really took care of me. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process! I also really appreciate how they never try to oversell me on more filler or Botox, they listen to what I want and tell me what would be the best option.

I have nothing but good things to say about my personal experience at Allure-Clarkston. At my appointment yesterday both McKena and Jessica took great care of me. It was a pleasure and I look forward to seeing them again soon. Great job ladies!!
