I can't say enough positive things about Refresh & Renew! The owner, Sarah, is absolutely wonderful—her expertise, and demeanor made for such a fantastic experience. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her clients, and goes above and beyond to give you the best results. And that extends to the entire R&R team: everyone is kind, thoughtful, and professional, and demonstrates clear passion for the work. Special shouts to the manager, also named Sarah (the most dynamic of duos if there ever was one). Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area (and beyond) looking for quality products + services, top-notch care, expertise, and a truly five-star experience!

As soon as I entered Refresh & Renew medspa, I loved it! I was referred to R&R to see Sarah, but with my crazy schedule I ended up seeing Marissa and she was fantastic. The atmosphere is calm and super friendly. I enjoyed chatting with Sarah at the front, who was so friendly and inviting, while I waited to go back and see Marissa. Marissa was so bubbly, sweet and personable. As a health professional myself, I loved that Marissa spoke to my nerdy side and explained products and their action to me, you can tell she knows her stuff. We had a great open conversation regarding my services and I felt comfortable with my overall plan. I can’t wait to see my results! Thank you Marissa and Sarah, you were both so fun and I enjoyed my first time experience!

To say I’m blown away by this med spa would be an understatement. The second I walked in the doors I felt welcomed. The manager is amazing, and Sarah was sooooo friendly. My face has never looked better! They have gorgeous, comfy massage chairs for you to wait in. Britni did my eyebrows the next day after my tox. She had a heated bed and we chatted away like we’d known each other for years. My brows look amazing! I’ll be coming back for every service they offer!!!!! Thanks ladies❤️

I just had the most incredible dermaplaning facial with Brittni! She went above and beyond to make the experience so relaxing and special. The head massage and the hot towel under my neck were such thoughtful touches that took the service to the next level.
