Sanford Bemidji Main Clinic

I usually get in fairly quick, sometimes it's pretty busy and have to wait a little longer but it is what it is. Stacy Smith is my provider and she is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable, explains things well so I understand. Highly recommend her.

The Dr. my dad was going to made changes to his medication without talking with me first as I am my dad’s legal guardian. This was an anti-psych medication for his mental illness which in my opinion, is a fairly big change that should have been discussed. I was not made aware of this change until 6 months later when my dad began behaving strangely. I involved patient relations who told me the Dr tried to call me when he made the change but there was no answer. Leaving me a voicemail would have been the best decision but he didn’t leave one. Patient relations said they would be looking into the incident and update me when the investigation was completed. It’s been about 3 months now and I haven’t heard anything. Sandford has had a bad reputation for quite sometime and clearly it still does. GET IT TOGETHER!! These are human lives you are responsible for!

New patient visit today with Dr. Mullet. Left feeling understood and ready to work on my Medical goals short and long term.

I have received nothing but excellent care from my primary physician Dr Craig Haggerty at Sanford Medical Center in Bemidji Minnesota. I highly recommend him. He is in the internal medicine division.

My husband brought me into the ER because I collapsed and had a seizure. They did a CT scan and said all they could see was some calcification and sent me home after telling me that I would be contacted to set up a MRI. We decided to go down to CentraCare the next morning to the ER there because we were thinking that maybe the cancer in my head had returned. I got checked in, MRI performed and confirmed that cancer returned. Had a biopsy performed and when I was in my room recovering Sanford called to schedule my MRI. I told them they had been too late, I'd already got what I needed done. They are horrible at urgent matters. I have not heard a lot of good things about Sanford.
