I normally never leave reviews but I feel like I have to this time. I have been a patient with Lakes Dermatology in Burnsville for years now and I have loved the experience that I have been able to receive there. The care is truly exceptional. However, I was just on the phone with a lady either named Tammy who works the nurse line. She immediately answers with the worst tone and attitude ever putting me into a state where I feel like I need to be defensive even though I am seeking help. I called asking about a prescription refill that was not automatically filled because it normally does so on its own. I checked the app and it was not supposed to be filled until February 11 2025 and I was already down to my last couple of pills. I called not even blaming anyone but asking if they had any on hand prescriptions at the clinic because this has been an option for me before. She immediately snaps back at me and says “JUST CALL THE PHARMACY” “YOU CANT DO THAT” “ARE YOU EVEN UNDERSTANDING ME”. I will admit I may have used some tone also but that is because I’m trying to figure out a prescription that helps me with pain that I am in 24/7 and this rude lady is continuing to make me feel even more helpless. Please do better. Also to add it is not like I asked to have an autoimmune disease. If I am prescribed a prescription that is listed as $4,975.42 for a 30 day supply it is extremely disappointing to be hung up on also. Tammy do better please.

Everyone at Lakes Dermatology was professional, courteous, responsive and kindly calming to me during each of my 2 basil cell cancer removals. AND my skin has healed beautifully! I don't wear any makeup-except lipstick- so scarring was a concern I had. I was thrilled with the doctors and staff and would highly recommend them!

Didn't have a great experience here. Didn't feel that I had a thorough exam. It has been a number of years but I didn't go back - found another dermatologist. One of my family members went here though and had a much better experience.

We have had a great experience at Lakes Dermatology Burnsville! You can get an appointment quickly and the staff are all so kind. Dr.Sellinger has been the best partner to us as we manage our daughters eczema, she's had the best results under her care. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kozlowski + her assistant are super nice and informative. However , the reason for only 3 stars is the front desk and billing staff are super rude (especially a woman named Theresa) despite talking and dealing with patients being part of their job. The front desk is the first person the patient meets, you should be pleasant! According to other reviews, I’m not the only one who thinks this.
