M Health Fairview Clinic - Chisago City

They used to be so good. I've been a patient for decades but now it's time to leave. Issue after issue. Nobody cares anymore. Had to wait 5 days after a CT scan (which they said I'd have results in 24 hrs) to get my doctor to explain the results. Please note, she explained my results only after I emailed and asked. 5 of the longest days of my life and she could have emailed me the next day. Now I've asked for my images and results so I can go to another network and they are making it nearly impossible. After multiple attempts, sitting on hold, now they Tell me the only way to get them is to fax my request. WHO HAS A FAX MACHINE ANYMORE?! This is the best system Fairview could come up with? You are nothing more than a number, the human touch is completely absent with Fairview.

This was my first time being seen at this location. I honestly dont think ill ever go anywhere else but here. The nurses and doctors were so sweet and took time to listen and explain what they were going to be testing for or could possibly be going on. I felt actually cared about for the first time at a doctors. I had to get labs done as well. Let me tell you what, they were so quick and so gentle! I have tiny noodle veins and takes people 3-7 tires to get usually, but they got it right in! And I swear I did not even feel it. I cannot praise this clinic enough! Well worth the 40 minute drive to be cared for properly. You guys are all amazing and have such positive energy! Keep being amazing💜

Been two clinic many times about same thing white stuff and blood in my stool. even brought in sample of only to be told not right container but was never given one. When to have colonoscopy where I guess they found a parasite lining my colon. Doc was to put me on treatment plan but primary left so nothing was done . 3 Months later I go in for ear infection and that's when I found out. I was put on antibiotics for 10 days then a diff one for 10 days. The second one was to come from specialty pharmacy. All I get is the run Around from both to call each other. So I'm done never got second med and I'm tired going to let it run until I can't anymore. I hope nobody has to feel the way I do . Something needs to be done with the health care and people need to save lives not take them from someone.

Dr. Kevin Brueske is fantastic with such a great bedside manner. He genuinely cares about patient and family, and doesn't rush you out. He makes the extra effort to educate, ask questions, and approaches things holistically. I can't say the same about the other providers that we have seen over the past few years, but if posting for him, he'd have 5 stars! For this clinic, it gets a 1-star. They blindly changed their policy where they expect you to check-in 35 minutes ahead of your appointment. So my husband gets off work early, grabs food and a baby bag for our 15-month old, gets her out of daycare and to the appointment 5 minutes early and is turned away and says the policy changed. Unbelievable inconvenience and unrealistic with families who not only WORK but have a small child to look after in a boring lobby, for an on-average 1-hour appointment. Absolutely absurd, this is the kind of thing that makes me change clinics altogether and travel 30 minutes north for more competent people.

I had kind-of a rough start moving to a smaller pharmacy. But after some growing pains this clinic is wonderful! Very friendly staff, and Mike the Pharmacist is beyond helpful! He has gone above and beyond to help me so many times! A++
