Brian is a great physical therapist and I felt I was making progress! However, 3 of my 6 scheduled appointments were cancelled without my consent or notification. I think some changes need to be made, per- haps the staff member who spells his name Brain on my appt card might be a good place to start.

Just stopped at clinic because I got something in my eye and they wouldn’t see me because “we are full and don’t do walk-ins” told to go to urgent care in Pequot Lakes or Brainerd. Are you kidding me????? If I was seriously hurt they wouldn’t see me either?? Seems like this facility has misplaced the reason they exist!!

She is a very good Doctor, very pleasant, a good listener and very thorough, I don't live close to this clinic anymore but she did her best to address all my health issues when I had her as my primary Doctor when I did go to this clinic, if I returned to that area again I would certainly try to receive medical treatment from her once more.
