Karen Smith NP was super friendly, helpful and informative answered all my questions before I even needed to ask them, seems super knowledgeable and experienced with the products and industry. Feel so much more secure using weight loss medications with a reputable local facility instead of having to go with a random online company. Easy, understandable directions and labels on everything as well as accessible contact information available if you have any questions! Definitely plan to continue working with Duluth Med Spa and Karen Smith!

I started to regularly come get get services from Nicole last July 2024, and she’s always amazing and helps me with decisions best for me and what I’m looking for. Great attitude and enjoys what she does! The new facility is beautiful and I just had opportunity to start services with Ashley and again she’s just amazing! I had the pleasure of seeing Mia for a lip flip, and I can't recommend her enough! From start to finish, she was incredibly professional and considerate. Nicole was great! She educated me before treating me, she was very professional, and made me feel very comfortable! The receptionist was also so kind, I appreciated her warm welcome. Duluth Med Spa’s new location is beautiful and has even more beautiful of a team.
