As always, the staff at Midwest Facial was welcoming, attentive and professional. Dr. Griffin is always very thorough, helpful and skilled. He is a good listener as well and is willing to answer all my questions as we work through this plastic surgery procedure outcome and follow ups, as needed. I’m more than satisfied with my care!!

My wife's birthday present was a nightmare. She saw Doctor Griffin- who was not only very rude the day of surgery and was scaring my wife during surgery, but there were hidden fees. This was her 50th birthday and instead of getting the treatment she wanted- she was very emotionally upset and also wasn’t pleased with the results, which she said was different than what she talked about in the consultation. Midwest Facial shame on you for harming our family.

Extremely unhappy with my procedures. Spent over $2000, which is a lot of money to me. Wanted to have lip filler. Procedures was done 3 times before desired result and now after only 4 months my lips are looking thinner again(?). Had filler in my chin. The day of procedure I was amazed. Two days late I couldn't I had anything done. I had botox on my forehead. Informed doc that I had it once before and developed droopy eyelids. Doc assured me that would not happen. Guess what? A week after injections, eyelids drooped. I am so so upset. I have to contact someone about my experience. I feel so lied to, ripped off and robbed.

First time patient. Clinic was running 20+mins behind and did not care to inform me why. I felt forgotten about honestly. At least they have complementary soda... The doc was nice, but acted as if I knew what was going on. Barely did an exam, he didn't even sit down. I felt rushed and there was no reason for it that I could see. The front desk staff were great and the facility was nice.

I was nervous for my procedure. But it was something I really wanted to do. At my very first appointment all those nerves went away and knew I’d made the right decision. My results are better than I ever anticipated. I am Overjoyed at the results and would not hesitate to have another procedure here. Dr. Tolan and staff are professional in a very personal way.
