Dermatology Specialists

I was not happy with Dr. Hoffman. She was not kind, did not help me with my four questions, and said to me "I really don't care what you do when I asked her if I could take care of my skin tag by myself". She prescribed some skin cream but I have checked my pharmacy and it is not listed.

Extremely unprofessional!!!! Had an appointment scheduled today with Dr. Hannon at 11:10AM. I got there at 11:00 AM coming all the way from East Bloomington. Waited till 11:40 and there was still no sign of the doctor. Either he wasn’t even there or the staff had double booked him. Obviously there is blatant disregard of customers time at display here, meaning this was the last time I came to any of their locations and to this dermatologist. Got a refund for the copay but that won’t make up for wasted gas and time!!!

Rude staff everyone was not welcoming at all including Dr Kristen Hook. Today there staff called to tell me my son’s results, before I can ask questions she hung up in my face. I am an African American women and my son is mixed. This clinic is RACIST AND RUDE.

Horrible experience with Dr Hoffman. Dismissive of my concerns and condescending when I asked any questions. I was given no solutions and a bill over $700. The exam was the most expensive part which is the biggest joke considering she didn't even look at me. I came prepared with photos and wore clothes so that I could easily show all the affected parts of my body and she only focused in on the knee. As a healthcare provider myself, my biggest recommendation is if you decide to come here (despite the horrible yet consistent reviews they continue to receive) that you advocate for yourself and make sure every concern is answered before leaving because they don't care about your pain and suffering.

Had a mediocre experience with Dr Hoffman. She was rude, apathetic, and dismissive to any questions I would ask. I wasn't expecting that experience because her nurse was amazing! I did receive a call from management and was told based on my diagnosis there really is no treatment. If that's the case then fine but it would have been nice if the actual Dr treating me could have at least had a conversation instead of being dismissive. She cared so little about my treatment that she didn't even offer to write a rx for a topical cream to give me comfort. My advice is really push for any answers you are looking for before leaving. Otherwise you end up with a $600 bill feeling no better than you did before you got there.
