The staff is friendly, and it's easy to schedule an appointment. Not easy to get in though. I've seen Dr. Chermak twice and both times she rushes through the appointment, doesn't let me ask questions, and speaks over me. She's given me quick "fixes" that haven't helped. Will not be seeing her again, and likely will not be returning to Dermatology Specialists again either.

Don’t go here! Unfriendly staff and no consideration of appointment times. This was a terrible experience. I would never go back or recommend this clinic to anyone. Although I was brought back to a room right away, I was left in the room for 30min with no communication. The front desk staff showed zero compassion for the fact I had been waiting so long. There was no explanation for why or how much longer it would be. When I spoke to the office manager, she didn’t apologize and offer to reschedule …instead she told me why I was wrong to complain about this. It was the most unprofessional thing she could’ve done. Don’t go here unless you want to wait well beyond your scheduled time and be treated like they are doing you a favor for letting you come to their office. Needless to say, I’ve found another clinic to go to that was friendly and treated me like they wanted my business.

Once again the amazing Drs at Dermatology Specialists found my skin cancer and professionally removed it. Through the entire process I was informed of what to expect. Everyone in the office was very friendly and hospitable.

The doctor was nice, but when we arrived for our first appointment the doctor wasn't ready to see us. We waited over an hour. Then on our second appointment we were told that our doctor was not at the location. They had scheduled us incorrectly. They gave us a new appointment 7 weeks out. When I asked if there was any other doctors or appointments available I got a nice cold to bad for you. Shockingly bad office management.

I have been seeing Dr. Callie Chermak for decades. She has treated me for alopecia & rosacea. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced & caring. I have gone into her office many times in a panic & left feeling very reassured, calm & with a treatment plan that I can manage. Dr. Chermak is amazing!
