I had an amazing experience with my Laser Ulthera treatment! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the girl who performed my treatment was so kind and professional. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time, explaining everything in detail and checking in on me throughout the session. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I’m already excited to see the results and would highly recommend this place to anyone considering Ulthera. It was a great experience over all. The consult was informative and I was offered the holiday discount. During the treatment, I was expecting some degree of discomfort. The nurse Tori was very friendly and thoughtful. She checked on me multiple time during the treatment to see if I was doing ok or if I needed a break. The staffing at the front desk were helpful as well. I was able to get in and finished on time. I look forward to see the results and my next treatment!

I had an appointment for fillers, but was told after I arrived and had a video call with another nurse prior to clear that she wouldn’t inject because she said my lips were irritated. My lips didn’t feel irritated and they were smooth, but apparently because of the color of them she wouldn’t inject, and I couldn’t get an appointment for another 3 weeks. I don’t think color alone should be the reason not to continue, especially if I didn’t feel any rawness or sensitivity. I found this to be a subjective assessment and not medically based, if my lips were compromised I would feel it. I had filler dissolved on the top 4 months ago and my lips have had this color since. I asked if we could get a second opinion, but I was told no. I feel we should have been able to call the nurse who did the video call to clear me for the procedure. I got the impression that there wasn’t the level of training that I’d expect from the interactions I’ve had in the past when I’ve had fillers by MD’s. It was a waste of my time, and I should not have had to prepay for the treatment in advance when I had to wait a month for an appointment and reschedule out another month. I requested a refund, since I was unable to have the procedure done, but I have to wait until next week.
