Highly recommend!! I called LX Medical Concierge Medicine when my one-year-old daughter developed a fever and rash. I wanted to have her checked for a possible ear infection or strep throat, however, I didn’t want to bring my two toddlers to Urgent Care by myself. I spoke with Bryan on the phone who was calm and very helpful in facilitating an at-home-appointment with a PA. Jo-Ana, a PA, came to our home just an hour after my initial phone call and was wonderful with our daughter. She listened to her lungs and heart, checked her ears and swabbed her for strep (same-visit results). Wow! This is such an amazing company & service. Thank you, LX Medical!!

Recommended by my family who all belong to the club. When I called the message said they would be available during regular business hours stating Black Friday as a holiday. I Sent e-mail with details of my history and the issue being time sensitive. Received an e-mail saying Regular business hours. On Monday an e- mail asking if I was still interested. I had gone to the ER and received treatment by then.

This was a huge time-saver for me today. I had a virtual appointment booked in under 3 minutes, and I was able to select an appointment time that fit between my work meetings. This was my first time engaging with LX Medical, but it felt like I've known Jim for years - he immediately made me feel comfortable and truly listened to my concerns. He was able to set me up with a prescription at a convenient pharmacy, and followed up with notes to supplement our conversation and help me learn more about the improvements I should expect as well as if and when I should follow up if I'm not experiencing those improvements. I'll absolutely use them again, and while I hope the need for urgent care doesn't arise, they'll be my first phone call if it does!

Seems like a first rate organization. Office staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The Infusion tech was great, very personable, and professional. We used them twice for COVID antibody infusions. They made every attempt to schedule us a quickly as possible.

I literally clicked the button on their website and Aundria showed up at my house in less than 2 hours to evaluate my daughter for strep. The truly mind-blowing part was she was able to start antibiotics on the spot. I actually got to enjoy cuddling my sick kid vs. waiting at an urgent care and then waiting that same day at the pharmacy for the RX. Both she and Jim have been out a couple of times since for IV therapy and Botox. Great service, professional and fun people! A truly personalized medical experience.
