Pinnacle Dermatology - Excelsior

Today was my first appointment, and let me tell you, it was a wonderful experience! The moment I walked in, the ladies at the front desk greeted me with warm smiles and even complimented my hat, which instantly lifted my spirits. I had the pleasure of meeting Eric and Nurse Alex (I hope I got the spelling right!), who both went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. We discussed my hair loss and had a thorough skin check to rule out any underlying issues. I left the appointment feeling hopeful and excited about my hair journey, and I can’t wait to return in three months to see the team again! As I was about to leave, Alex surprised me with some sunscreen samples. Such a thoughtful gesture! Thanks, Alex! 🙏😁 Looking forward to my next visit!

I am always really pleased with my experience at Pinnacle Dermatology. I started seeing Eric Englund when he was at the Plymouth, MN location and appreciated seeing him so much that I have traveled farther to see him at Excelsior when he moved locations. He's always so friendly and presents options for care in a clear and straightforward manner, it's worth the extra drive to be seen by him.

My husband and I brought our daughter in for a second opinion. Dr. Englund was kind, calm, reassuring and very informative. He listened and payed attention to both my husband and I, and most importantly to our daughter. Would recommend him just based on this experience.

Very professional place to go for skin care issues. I had a little scare but Dr. Eric Englund made me feel at ease immediately after seeing me. He seemed very knowledgeable and confident with the results. Turned out it was normal (in my case) but you won’t know until you make that visit today ! Don’t delay when you have symptoms that you’re worried about and I highly recommend vì storing this business.
