Minneapolis Health Clinic

I had to find a doctor who will perform a medical exam and provide a medical certification for a visa application. The minute I called this clinic and spoke to Elisabeth, I knew that the people in this clinic care. She tried to understand the requirement and committed to get back with me. I got a call back within the day and she gave me the first available appointment. They shared the urgency of the need which I really appreciated. My appointment with Dr. Grace Totoe went well. She was very thorough and really took her time to answer my questions. She made me really feel at ease. She was very kind to refer me to programs that will ensure I have screening tests done. She made sure all the requirements I need are done well and supported with documents. It is very reassuring to find a clinic where from the staff to the doctor was a very experience. What a Service with Love….The Team are so Good, Punctual, Communicate well and explain to you everything You ask. My son used this clinic for a last minute travel physical. He had no issues with clinicians but was charged out of pocket for this visit despite providing his insurance card and this clinic being in-network with our insurance. After calling our insurer, we were told that the clinic's contract required in network visits be submitted by the clinic. When confronting the staff via phone at first they claimed they didn't know the claim codes, but backed down when we pointed out they were required by contract to submit the claim and agreed to reverse up front charges (which they did). If you use this clinic as an in network provider, make sure they are submitting all claims before you pay them anything.

Dr. Totoe basically saved my life by seeing that my psa levels were very high and referring me to a specialist. I had other doctors that knew these levels were high but I was not referred. Dr Totoe is very kind, compassionate and really worked hard to help me through my medical conditions. I would give her a 10 out of 10. I just want to commend Dr Totoe again for providing me with very professional and courteous service. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a primary Dr.

The service was great! The receptionist was very patient and polite. Dr. Grace Totoe was very attentive to my case. I recommend it!
