Powertothepatients.org We really love Dr. Susie Walgrave. Her bed side manner is amazing. She's calm. She's always asking us what other questions we have for her even after she's addressed what we were initially there for. She genuinely wants to know how she can help us understand a situation or what's going on. She never seems in a rush or hurried. We always feel like we are heard and she is focused on the moment. She even noticed something different about me and made sure I am okay, even though I wasn't there for me. Very perceptive and intuitive. Highly recommend. Really awesome person.

Poster children for incompetence and indifference. Instead of solutions they choose to write you off and say nothing can be done. Lie to patients about what they are prescribing, fail to prescribe critical medications, then telling patient it is their responsibility to go to the pharmacy and make them place a request. Rudeness and indifference are the order of the day. That widespread means it starts at the top with administration, my advice is if you care about your health, go somewhere else!
