Clarus Dermatology - Maple Grove

Going in , I wasn’t sure about virtual check-in but was like a receptionist sitting there and was easy. The staff was friendly and Dr was very nice and addressed my issues and questions. I felt very comfortable and Dr and asst made me feel at ease.

Very pleased with the kindness, professionalism, and care thus far. Abi and Sydney are great examples of compassion and respect in their roles at Clarus, making sure my questions are answered and I have ever thing needed to walk me through this journey. Could not be more pleased, happy I was directed to come to Clarus. Thank you ladies.

Exceptional experience. Quick service, high-tech office (loved the efficient, live virtual receptionist who walked me through registration). Staff was welcoming and PA Terra was great! Thanks!

I would not recommend this location or company for any kind of medical care. A pretty strict company policy they enforce prior to being seen is: "You must provide a photo of your Credit Card information with complete 16-digit card number, security code, and zip code to be auto charged 2 weeks after the visit in the event insurance does not cover the full amount." This policy protects THEM...Period. Do NOT give your card information to people/companies/anybody like this to "auto charge your account".

Virtual receptionist and Rn taking notes was a little interesting, I really like the in person customer service better. Although I was a little taken back by that, the whole experience was great! The nurse and Dermatologist was super friendly, understanding and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you so much for the great first time experience Clarus!
