I was there for hair fall treatment and had a disappointing experience. The doctor, took a scalp biopsy with stitches, making it seem like a personalized approach. However, when I got the results, they were just a generic statement that said “chronic inflammation” with no specific findings—word-for-word the same as what a friend received. The prescribed shampoo and serum were also identical. To make matters worse, I now have a permanent scar where hair no longer grows.

It was easy to book online and to get an appointment within 3 weeks. The staff were very friendly and took away any anxiety of the process. The PA was thorough and explained everything fully. The skin exam took only 30 minutes. I had a side issue that they took care of quickly. I will schedule yearly checks with Tareen.

Dr Lee was very caring, personable, thorough and reassuring. I would definately recommend her to my family and friends. Her assistant/nurse? Alivia spent time explaining what to expect. Greatly appreciate both of them

I scheduled a full body exam. Thankfully Dr. Lee didn’t find any moles that were of concern. However the issue with my visit began when I asked about my acne issues I’ve been experiencing the past year - Dr. Lee didn’t want to prescribe me any oral medication (since I’m on other meds and it can affect me), ok that is understandable. I inquired if there was anything else she would recommend (but why did I have to ask? Isn’t she the expert???). She mentioned a topical but that it’s going to dry me out. I mentioned I would be interested in getting my flat moles removed and she said they don’t do any laser work there and recommends I use sunscreen daily (which I already do). I asked about redness I have around my mouth and that it’s gotten worst as I’ve gotten older. She states I just need a “good skincare routine”. Well, she never even asked me IF I had a skincare routine. If she did, she would know that I’ve had a skincare routine since before I was a teenager. I’ve tried it all and had great skin up until a year ago! I felt unheard and pushed away by the doctor, and then to see that I was charged $295 for this visit that did absolutely nothing for me was just the cherry on top. Other staff members were great, and scheduling was easy.

Dr. Holzwarth and his assistant were so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The gal at the front desk on 1-31 at 1:00 pm said she was filling in up front. She was amazing and fun to talk to. Great experience!!!❤
