I just had my first full body dermatology scan with Dr. Lee. She is extremely professional and personable. She is also very quick with taking biopsies! She numbed three spots on my back and then told me to sit up. I asked, "When are you going to take the samples?" and she remarked that she had already taken them! I would highly recommend Dr. Lee. It was also easy to get an appointment without waiting months!

Probably the worst patient experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I checked in, the staff was completely impersonal and made me feel like an inconvenience to the entire team. As a new patient, I was in and out in 15 minutes (despite being billed for 45). I came in for a general skin check and had questions about a couple of atypical spots. The provider barely took the time to listen—she examined my areas of concern for what felt like half a second and immediately wrote a prescription. There was no discussion or consideration of possible root causes, which left me feeling dismissed and unheard. To make matters worse, she removed a mole (my first time having this done) but didn’t explain how to care for it afterward. Instead, she pointed to a sheet of paper on her way out, saying, “Instructions are there. Have a nice day. See you next year.” This experience was unprofessional, rushed, and left me feeling undervalued as a patient. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone seeking attentive or thoughtful care.

I had a great experience at the Associated Skin Care Specialists Linden Hills office. Scheduling my appointment was easy and they were able to get me in relatively quickly. The check in process was quick and easy. The office was beautiful. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Luxenburg’s team took the time to understand all of my concerns and nothing felt rushed. Dr. Luxenberg was very friendly, proactive, and addressed multiple concerns in one visit. Everything was seamless. Her team was also quick to follow up about a prescription inquiry. I’d recommend this practice!

Dr. Lee is absolutely amazing! She is not only incredibly thorough but also takes the time to really listen and address all of my concerns. Her personable and warm demeanor instantly puts you at ease, making each visit a pleasant experience. Dr. Lee goes above and beyond to ensure that you receive the best possible care, and it's clear she genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. I feel very fortunate to have found such a dedicated and compassionate dermatologist. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch dermatological care!

Love this clinic, Dr. Lee is very nice. Explains what your issue is clearly and with empathy. Appears to enjoy building a relationship with you and supports my life plans and goals.
