Good experience overall, from the beginning to the end of my visit. All staff were very nice and courteous, the NP was patient and answered all my questions and explained everything well to me in terms I could understand. I liked that they gave me the visit notes at the end. This was extremely helpful. I would recommend this practice to anyone and return if I need to in the future.

I've been to several dermatologist over my lifetime, most barely seem to look at you before they give their opinion but at North Metro I felt like they not only looked but listed very closely to my experience and symptoms. They are all super friendly and seem to actually care about their patients. They made sure I walked out with a treatment plan for my Psoriatic arthritis rather than just throwing another random prescription at it and they also actually work to get the prescriptions you need rather than letting the Health insurance company bully them around. It was wonderful. The receptionist was great, she helped me with my paperwork when Registering. Doctors assistant was easy to talk with and doctor was easy to speak with and very kind. Was very anxious and doctor and assistant made sure I knew everything they were going to do. This helped calm me down. 😊
