Elements Wellness and Med Spa

Elements Wellness and Medspa makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping me. They went out of there way to get me set up with a LED light panel session. I have since also used the infrared sauna pod and it was incredible. Troy and Tanya are passionate about their business and I will be a frequent flyer to Elements!

The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and truly invested in working with me to reach my individual goals. I have tried the sauna pod and infrared sauna and they seemed to really help me sleep better and help loosen up muscles. The staff, Kaitlin & Troy are very helpful and pleasant. There is lots of options that I have not tried and hope to in the future. Great new option of care locally!

Tonya and Troy go above and beyond to listen to your goals and help you reach them whether they be athletic performance, pain management, injury recovery or just overall health wellness. They have something for everyone and make every client feel welcomed and important. I highly recommend stopping in and visiting with them and seeing what they have to offer.

I had the sports recovery and immune boost IV a few weeks ago and then sat in the red light bed. It gave me a ton of energy that lasted a couple of weeks. I will definitely be going back. Friendly staff that explained the benefits of each service.
