Incredible first experience with Jennifer at West End Salon! My hair is very thick and coarse, so it was a pleasant surprise that she knew just how to work with my hair. She was very mindful of what my go-to hairstyle usually is, all while also asking the right questions of what I was looking for in this particular haircut. I felt super relaxed overall around her while also being quite engaged in our fun conversations! Would definitely come back, thanks again!

Jen did an AMAZING job on my hair!! Did several corrective colors and balayages to get from drab, obvious line of gross old color to this amazing blend of new color that actually works with my natural gray hair. It was so worth the time and effort! You won’t be disappointed. Can’t say enough good things about Jen- highly talented, super knowledgeable, but also listens to what you want and works super hard to make those dreams a reality.

I’ve been going to West End Salon for over a year now, and Devonlee has been my stylist the entire time. Calling her a hair fairy would be an understatement! Every haircut and styling session has been amazing, and she’s always helped me figure out exactly what I want. The haircut in the picture, a butterfly cut with wispy bangs, is just another example of how she absolutely delivers! I love it. She’s incredibly talented, creative, and professional. 11/10 would recommend!

I love West End! I’ve been coming in every 8 weeks since June, and I leave happy every time. The salon is absolutely stunning, and the staff are all so friendly. Jenna does an amazing job with my color and extensions—they’re always flawless! The color line they use is fantastic; it doesn’t fade, and my extensions stay in perfectly. If I ever have any feedback, Jenna is always happy to make adjustments. Honestly, I wish I could give her six stars instead of five! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Yes, it’s a bit of a splurge, but the quality of service makes it 100% worth it.
