We had the best experience getting answers for our 2 year old daughter. We have been receiving various diagnoses for her for the past 9 months. And I finally decided to bring her to my dermatologist. Dr. Moss was able to confidently address exactly what was going on. We are so thankful to have an answer and regimen to help her. She also has an amazing demeanor for working with both adults and children.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. From the front desk, being so patient that I have "technology issues", the Med. Asst., that was so patient when I couldn't give exact dates, and Brooke Moss was so warm and professional. I was completely confident in her care.

Something happened here about a year or eighteen months ago. We were satisfied with most or even all of our appointments up until then, but at that point something changed, and it became all about the $ for them. They stopped solving issues and instead seemed to be only solving symptoms - they seem to just always want us in for follow-ups and more follow-ups. After being patients here for multiple years, we are looking for a new derm.

My experience was fantastic. The only trouble I have is that one of my Rx's didn't get called in, the cream for my face, and I now have to wait until Monday. Other than that, it was great!
