I saw Dr. Lam and Alaina Great staff, they were really quick. They got me in and out in less than 30 mins, which is really nice for me because I’m a very busy man. I absolutely hate waiting at the doctors office and I didn’t have to today.

I was a new patient at this office today and had a great experience! Minimal wait time to get an appointment, easy online scheduling with a nice confirmation call back. Receptionist and staff were very nice and Angela Rohland, NP was very professional and thorough. Beautiful clinic. Highly recommended!

Dr Lam and the surgeon she recommended saved ny life. My malignant melanoma was removed and the margins were clear, I continue to see Dr, Lam semi-annually, She is always pleasant, conducts thorough exams and educates me on what to look for, I highly recommend this clinic.

After 2.5 years of various unsuccessful treatment interventions and thousands of dollars down the drain. I sought a second opinion and received a successful treatment option after the very first visit. In addition, office representative has ineffective communication. During the first phone call attempt in regards to an outstanding bill, the representative’s communication was inappropriately Aggressive and offensive that doesn’t represent the facility in a good light. My intentions were not to evade my outstanding bill, life is simply busy, I happily paid in full over the phone. however I would hope a business office representative would be mindful that some clients may not have the financial means due to any type of hardships that happen in life. A representative stating, “thank you for making your payment but I appreciate when people pay their bill on time”, her aggressive tone during the conversation, and demanding choice of words throughout was highly inappropriate. I encouraged her to take a communications class in her professional position.
