Clarus Dermatology - Spicer

This was my first visit to Clarus at Spicer. I found this to be a great experience. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel at ease. They explained what they were going to do in easy to understand terms. They were very professional . I will highly recommend Clarus in Spicer and feel very comfortable that my medical issues will bee resolved. Just a caring place to go to when you need their services. They deserve 5 Golden Stars and a big Thank You for your outstanding service to this area.

The staff are very friendly and courteous. We were seen right away. The doctor is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer our questions. My son gets nervous when he goes there. I appreciate the doctor being patient and understanding with him. I would recommend them.

This place was unbelievably awesome! I was in and out in less than ten minutes and the staff made you feel like they have known you for years.

I love this place. Check in was easy (via iPad receptionist), I was able to make an appointment online for only two weeks later for a simple new patient visit. I was taken back to the exam room immediately, even though I arrived a bit early. There was someone available in the room via iPad (faced down on the counter) while I was changing so I could let them know when I was ready, which I actually found comforting, and the PA came in right away when I said I was ready. Binh (the physician's assistant) was kind, clear, and made me feel very comfortable. Afterwards they set me up with an appointment for next year right away while I was getting dressed, handed me a sunscreen sample I asked for as I came out of the exam room, and I was on my way. A very smooth, professional, and pleasant experience.

My visit was fine. My disappointment is such that I was not made aware that my health care provider had left the services I anticipated until a appointment confirmation call last Friday. It seems that as a courtesy, this information should have been passed on to me when it was first known so that alternate choices could be considered!
