To the LGBT+ community younger than 19 years old, DON'T GO HERE AT ALL. Do yourself a favor and wait until you're 19 years old. This is my review as a parent. My trangender son booked a consultation with Miles Bichanich at the Omni Cosmetic clinic to get his surgery done. My son told me front desk staff and the doctor treat him well. When my son told me that they told him he has to wait until he's 19 years old I got upset. NOT disclosing that they CAN'T do nothing but to keep scheduling consultations until he is 19 was a dishonest move from their part and mess with my son's mental health and emotions. At the end we're the ones helping him overcome this not the clinic employees. If you're 19 or older, make sure that your insurance will cover you first. Good luck to all of you out there.

They are accommodating, responsive and genuinely kind people. Tiffany, their patient coordinator is top notch and provides excellent customer service. Their on site surgery center is incredible, including the facility and all of the staff! 10/10 experience at Omni Cosmetic.

I love going to see Brittany Kmicinski quarterly for PRP skin pen facials! She is so amazing and talented. I've tried the basic skin pen before and it's definitely beneficial but once you add the PRP (your own plasma added to it) it's a definite game changer. You heal more quickly and you skin has a nice glow to it afterwards:) It's a bit of a price jump for the add on but absolutely worth it!!! After trying the additional PRP add on, I can't imagine wanting to go back to just a basic skin pen.

From the moment I walked in for my consultation for my tummy tuck and breast augmentation with Dr. Bichanich, I knew I was in good hands. The consultation was informative, and I never left feeling confused or with unanswered questions. My surgery went well, and despite recovering from both procedures simultaneously, it couldn't have gone smoother. I am now one month post-op and incredibly happy with the results. Dr. Bichanich is an amazing surgeon and a thoughtful provider. He listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen for me. After having two children via cesarean, I finally feel at home in my body again. The nurses and staff at Omni Cosmetic are incredible, and I'm grateful for my experience with them.
