The service at this clinic is completely terrible. Scheduling staff is rude and inconsiderate. I recommend that management of this clinic actually reviews recorded conversations and trains their staff accordingly. Upon receiving terrible service, I asked to speak to the manager and was refused. I asked to get at least a name of the person I was speaking with, and was refused as well. I feel like these are very simple basics... especially considering healthcare is not a cheap service.... At this point I would recommend avoiding this clinic if you have a choice.

I did make appointment few months ago for December for dermatology as my insurance only cover them. Just called today and they don't have my appointment. And next available is in September next year....

Charges $450 room fee for a 15 min appt on top of the services themselves

Dr Lowenstein. I can’t thank you enough for the changes you made to my body. I had a breast reduction done last year at Mayo and the surgeon left me looking awful. I had excess tissue and uneven breasts. I spent a year unable to wear bras or anything that showed my chest because I was so botched and uneven. I was suffering big time from insecurity. I met with Dr. Lowenstein and he didn’t promise me the world, but he promised me improvement…. Well to me it was the world. One week after surgery and I can tell you it has changed my entire appearance. I truly can’t thank you of HealthPartners enough for what you have given me. I feel like I’ve gotten my life back. I will never truly be able to express what you have done for me. Thank you.

Dr Tuttle is literally the BEST! She is very professional and kind. All the front desk staff are simply amazing! I never had a bad encounter. She recently just did an extended tummy tuck and a breast reduction and I’m amazed with my results.
