I have no issue with Dr. Barnes. The Clinic is inefficient and poorly managed. Their hours are 0800 - 1700 but an 0800 appointment will most likely begin at 0820 since staff don’t arrive until 0758 - 0805. They use an online appointment confirmation system but still require an in-person check-in process which is duplicative and a waste of time. It’s a shame a such a good physician has staff that create such a negative impression of his practice.

Dr. Robert Barnes is the absolute best. Hands down the best Internal Medicine doctor I've ever had. He spends one on one time to find out what's going on and come up with a treatment plan. He's very compassionate and empathetic, which is hard to find nowadays. And the lady at the front desk is very sweet to. Great job guys!!!

There is no better doctor in the area than Dr. Barnes! The whole staff is very pleasant. You never walk out of the appointment without all of your questions being asked and answered. He takes care of me and my father. I tell everyone about this clinic. Truly a wonderful and caring staff and an excellent and knowledgeable doctor. I have heard good things about the other practitioners as well. Excellent people all around.

Every one i have dealt with in the office has always been very kind, and trues to get you taken care of as quick as they can. Dr Alvarez is awesome! She listens to absolutely everything you have to say, she spends as much time with you as you need, and she doesn't rush you for any reason. I also see Dr Tucker, and he is great at listening to you as well, and coming up with a plan to get you the relief you need. He doesn't rush in and then rush out just as fast. These 2 doctors have really been a blessing to me.
