This was my first professional Brazilian wax and I was left disappointed. Nikki was the one who waxed me and I guess she doesn’t have much experience with waxing curly hair because she didn’t know which way to pull the strips. Her hand kept slipping. She left a patch of long hairs in an area, plus other stray hairs. It just seemed like she was hesitant to do her job-which was disappointing. So if you have curly hair-don’t let Nikki give you a Brazilian wax.
